It is tough to choose a favorite part of the GKR Campus, but the personal garages are definitely in the running.
Personal garages, also called car condos, are dedicated, customer-owned private spaces for your cars. The real beauty is in how far you can go in customizing them. As a personal garage owner, you have a 28’x36’x20’ canvas to create whatever type of shop setup/man-cave/she-shed you want. Want to store a collection? Want to do your own side hustle of building cool cars? Want a unique space for entertaining friends or clients? A personal garage is perfectly suited to your needs. Think of it as a lifestyle.
These images highlight the concept for our model garage. It includes a work area with lift for tinkering with cars, golf simulator (of course), loft for entertaining and taking a load off. But that is just our vision. How would your space look?

Is there an Association?
Yes. A governing association will maintain the grounds and manage all aspects of the personal garages.
When can I access my garage?
24/7 access! Each owner may enter the gate with their personal key card at any time of the day or night.
How many individuals can own one garage?
Up to 3 owners may split a single unit.
Can I/We buy more than one garage?
Yes, and you can remove the wall in between to connect them as one larger garage! If multiple units are purchased, then the cap on the number of owners increases.
Can I decorate the exterior of my garage?
No. The exterior of the garage is designed for a clean and consistent appearance that reflects the entire GKR Campus. You may do whatever you like inside your personal garage!

The Shop
Life on the GKR Campus revolves around the shop and the custom cars we build. We continually challenge ourselves to create brag worthy showcase cars. Our state of the art main shop is where our creativity springs to life and the showroom allows us to show off our style! Partner shops run by other auto entrepreneurs provide services like detailing and car wraps. Specialty partner shops provide community members convenient access to all the services they need, letting GKR remain focused on the big custom builds we’re nationally known for. It’s all in the spirit of creating a central hub for car enthusiasts to gather and enjoy their cars.

Individual car storage in The Autorimessa
Have a car you need storage for? A whole collection? Wanting to buy more cars and have no place to put them?
The GKR Car Campus has the option for you to rent a spot in our climate controlled and fully secure “Autorimessa”. Here, you will have an extra large parking spot to house your collectible automobile. Power is provided for a battery tender and there will be a la carte services offered to maintain your vehicle so it remains in pristine condition. This is just another option provided by GKR to indulge your automotive dreams!
